Somatic Meditation Facilitator Training
40-hr online self-study certificate program
Learn the art of somatic meditation + become a facilitator. Help guide yourself + others to their own healing wisdom using the active mind-body style of meditation known as somatic meditation where we are actively working with sensation, feeling + emotion in meditation with the intention of healing. This 40-hour training program is completely online + self-paced. Whether you are looking to develop a personal healing practice, or working with others, somatic meditation is a beautiful practice for everyone.
Somatic Coaching Certification
The Somatic Coaching Certification Program for women is a mind-body coaching program that uses an approach of somatic discovery, healing + empowerment. The certification program has 3 levels: personal, practitioner, + coach. Reiki level I + II is a pre-requisite for our somatic coach training (or similar energy healing experience will be considered).
Usui Reiki Certification
Degree levels I, II, III with Accredited Master-Teacher Caroline Watters
Become certified in the art of healing with the powerful modality that is Usui Reiki. Whether you are on a personal healing journey, considering becoming an energy healer, or incorporating reiki into your practice, our reiki training is designed to support everyone. Our level 2 reiki practitioners will have the option of supervision support, business mentorship + somatic coach certification.
